Airbnb management questions
How much does Airbnb management cost?
10% of the nightly fee for our Basic package, or 15% for Premium, which adds listing creation, repair coordination, sound monitoring, inventory replenishment and damage reporting.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Our service agreement is month to month, and you can cancel any time. Bookings already on the calendar when you cancel are still honoured, and our management fee applies to those stays.
Where do you manage properties?
We manage short-term rentals in Ottawa and Toronto.
Who cleans between guests?
We coordinate housekeeping for every turnover through our own cleaning network, so the unit is always guest-ready.
What happens if a guest damages the property?
We inspect after every stay, document any damage with photos and videos, and make claims through AirCover or the security deposit.
Can you set up a brand-new listing?
Yes. The Premium package includes creating your listing, and we deep clean and install a sound monitor before it goes live.
