How do you price new construction painting?
Usually as a flat per-square-foot rate that includes materials. We work from your drawings to measure walls and ceilings, then send a clear written quote.
How big a project can you take on?
We've painted full buildings from 20 to 272 units, including suites, corridors, stairwells and underground garages.
How long does a full building take?
It depends on size and site schedule. Recent examples include 40-unit buildings in about 3 months and a 272-unit, 10-storey building in 14 months.
What paint do you use?
We use Sherwin-Williams paint.
Do you work outside Ottawa?
Yes. We work across Ottawa and in Russell and Embrun, and we take on larger projects in Toronto, like the 272-unit building at 4650 Wellington Avenue West.
Can you clean units before handover?
Yes. We also run a cleaning service and can clean units after painting, before occupancy.
